I’ve led teams, closed deals worth millions, and navigated every season of being a founder — from startup chaos, through a global pandemic, to market leadership to exit. I know what it takes because I’ve been there.


Why I Coach:


Most business coaching is designed for large companies with big teams and bigger budgets. Small business owners — even those earning $250K–$2M a year — are often left to figure it out alone, wearing every hat, making every decision, and trying to grow without the same level of support. I know, because I lived it. Did I Google “how to start a business”? Yes, I did.

I had a coach for many of the years I was building and running my business, and I know firsthand the impact it had on our growth, strategy, and success. Finding the right coach is everything — and together, we’ll discover if we’re the right fit.


I’m here to help small business owners grow revenue, scale smart, and build companies that truly serve their lives. But that’s only part of the equation. Success also requires the right mindset. I work with my clients to develop a growth mindset — the resilience, openness, and strategic thinking it takes to keep moving forward, even when things get messy. Because if you want next-level results, you have to start with a next-level mindset.
